I've already made a similar post to this before, but no luck since it was oriented towards 3D animation, and this site seems more 2D-friendly so i'm sticking with that instead..

Also, this will partially be a semi-furry/anthro project, so bonus points if you're a furry yourself. You DON'T have to be one to join this project, but it helps, I guess.

I’m currently looking for 2D animators to collaborate with on this adult-oriented sci-fi/fantasy project for a possible multimedia project I'm developing atm, which will include a 2D (or at least 2.5D) animated series, and a possible comic on the side, especially because I'm considering fast tracking production asap. So I will need a couple of 2D artists/animators to help me animate this series. Also, I have Patreon, I will reopen for funding. Even though this is Collab, I do want to pay folks whenever possible.

As for the story, the story for the project takes place in a far-flung future in a space-faring galaxy-spanning post-scarcity retrofuturistic society of sorts, long after humanity has conquered the stars and earth has become a distant memory. And war has more or less become a thing of the past. Because of war becoming obsolete, war games have taken its place, with a major event to boot, in the form of a prestigious tournament akin to the olympics.

Think the hunger games with a DnD flair, but no one has to die and people compete moreso for honor or glory rather than for survival.

The characters of this story will basically be a ragtag group of magic wielders (one of them being a half-mortal of sorts) in a small town deciding to be part of the war games.

There's more to this story, but this is just the basic jist of it.

As for how I want the animation be like, I figured it'd be something that you'd see in a modern anime but with a mix between vivziepop's style and the comic-esque animation style of "your friendly neighborhood spider-man" (even though that one is 3D), buy you get the idea.

Also, you must be a good artist in order to join this project, that means you have to be skilled enough (or even be a better artist/animator than me lol) to my match my art/animation style. If you wanna see my art, here's my gallery so you can see
